WHO DO I HAVE TO BLOW AROUND HERE (the DC area medical community) TO GET SOME COUGH SYRUP WITH CODINE?

The fuck is this antihistamine bullshit? May cause drowsiness? May? As in might, might not? No. I want a guarantee of drowsiness. Scratch that. I want a guarantee that I will be high off my ass then out cold, drooling and pissing myself for 6 straight hours. 

That’s how badly I want to stop coughing. I’m willing to soil my mattress for relief.

LIVEBLOGGING MY DEATH/POSSIBLE RECOVERY

Feel your pain. Just recovering from about 5 days of sickness. The cough syrup my doc gave me didn’t even stop the coughing. Or induce sleepiness. Fail syrup. I also longed for the codeine powered syrup that I was given a few years back for horrible cough.

I stuck it out with NyQuil and Theraflu … which worked better than the prescription stuff that I got from the doc. Oy.
