I made French Onion Soup on Sunday. Soup-er (couldn’t help myself) easy and delicious.
Serves 4
1/4 c. butter
4 Medium onions
4 cans low-sodium beef broth
Worcestershire (wooster) sauce to taste (I used 5 dashes)
Salt and pepper to taste
4 thick slices french bread
4 tbsp shredded parmesan
8 slices provolone
