Ugh, I hate people who sit in the passing lane. Learn to drive!
I was just thinking the other day about this. Everyone complains about the passing lane driver, yet no one claims to be a passing lane driver. So logically, there are some them hiding in our midst.
Hmm, I admit that passing lane drivers are only annoying if they’re going slower than the non-passing lane drivers. There are a lot of variables involved with driving in the passing lane (in the US). Whether there is traffic in the right lane. Whether you’re moving faster than the traffic in the right lane. Whether there is a left-hand exit coming up. Whether you are stuck behind someone in the passing lane. I might be missing a few. If there’s room in the right hand lane, and the lane is going fast enough to your liking, I see no reason why anyone shouldn’t be in it. Aside for the left-hand exit reason I stated previously.
